Rosalie's Chipped Beef Cheese Ball

INGREDIENTS
  • 1- 3 oz package of dried beef- finely cut 1 cup
  • 1- 8 oz package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped pimento stuffed olives
  • 2 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 2 cups potato chips, cornchips or nuts crushed
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix together first 5 ingredients.
  2. Shape into a ball
  3. Pat on crushed chips or nuts to outside of ball
  4. Chill 1 hour in refrigerator
  5. Serve with assorted cocktail crackers
