Roasted Sausage Potato and Onions
  • Hot or Sweet Italian Sausage (or a combination of both)
  • Small potatoes (quartered)
  • Onions (quartered)
  • Fresh Rosemary
  • Olive Oil
  • Course salt and freshly ground pepper (to taste)
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Put sausage, potatoes and onions on a rimmed baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle rosemary, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Toss to coat.
  5. Roast, tossing occasionally, until sausage is browned and potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
