Roasted Potatos
  • 1 pound red potatoes, washed and quartered
  • olive oil (about 1/4 cup)
  • spices; I used salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley
  • option: a few tsp Parmesan cheese
  1. Toss potatoes with olive oil and spices (and cheese) and put into a flat baking dish. Bake on 350 for approx 30 minutes, or until tender. Be sure to flip your potatoes every few minutes so they get crispy all around.
