Rita’s Rice Pilaaf
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 45 minutes
  • 3 C rice
  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 6 C broth
  • Salt
  • Pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Melt butter.
  2. Add dry rice (wash and dry well).
  3. Brown well until butter begins to bubble.
  4. Add broth and seasoning.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Bake in oven for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
  7. Take out of oven.
  8. Mix well.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes more (if done, don’t cook as long).
