Rice Cooker Cinnamon Roll Pancake

  • Pancake Mixture:
  • 1 cup of pancake mix
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 egg
  • Cinnamon Roll Mixture:
  • 4 tbsp of softened butter
  • 1/4 cup of packed light brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • Glaz Mixture:
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp of softened butter
  • 5 tbsp of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp of vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
DIRECTIONS
  1. Either spray nonstick cooking spray or butter the inside of your rice cooker pot.
  2. Mix the pancake mix, water, and egg into a smooth mixture and pour it into the rice cooker.
  3. For cinnamon roll mixture combine butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Dollop cinnamon mixture in spots on top of the pancake mixture and swirl in with a knife.
  5. Turn rice cooker on to a normal cook cycle. It may need extra cook time after the first cycle.
  6. While the pancake is cooking mix all of the glaze ingredients into a microwave-safe dish and heat until the butter melts and the sugar dissolves.
  7. Remove pancake from the rice cooker, pour desired amount of glaze over top, and enjoy while still warm.
