Red Velvet Cream Cheese Cup Cakes

  • 1 Box Red Velvet Cake Mix
  • 1 Can of Cream Cheese Frosting
  • 1 Container of Premade Cheese Cake filling
DIRECTIONS
  1. Make cake mix as directed on box and Add 1/4 cup Coco Mix well
  2. Pre heat oven at 350
  3. In cup cake Pan with liners fill half way to top with batter
  4. 1 table spoon of the Cheese Cake filling in center of batter
  5. and fill 3/4s way to top with remaining batter and bake till top is springy
  6. In small bowl take 3/4 of the Cheese cake filling and Jar of Cheese Cake Frosting and Mix well. Once Cup cakes are cooled take this mixture and put into a piping bag with large tip. Insert tip into top of Cupcake and pipe small amount into center. Frost with remaining Mixture!
RECIPE BACKSTORY
Just Got bored one day and wanted to make something different for a small gathering we was having at our house. This is what i came up with. The next week I drove up to my daughter for my Granddauthers 8th Birthday. I made these for her. She wouldn't share with anyone. Said she was going to take these to school and sell them!
