- 1 red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2-3 soft pitted dates
- 1 Tsp tamari sauce
- 1/2 cup water
DIRECTIONS
- Blend all ingredients until smooth in a high speed blender.
- Massage kale in this sauce and dehydrate at 115F overnight to make amazing kale chips.
