Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Mousse

  • 1x 250g pack of extra light cream cheese
  • 1/2 a cup of fat free greek yoghurt
  • 2x scoops of @1upnutrition Coconut Ice Cream Whey Protein
  • 2x cups of fresh or frozen raspberries
  1. 1. Blend the extra light cream cheese and greek yogurt until smooth
  2. 2. Add whey protein and blend well
  3. 3. Add raspberries and blend one last time
  4. 4. Divide into 4 glasses and place in the fridge for atleast 1 hour to set
  5. Enjoy! Store in the refrigerator
