Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Mousse

- 1x 250g pack of extra light cream cheese
- 1/2 a cup of fat free greek yoghurt
- 2x scoops of @1upnutrition Coconut Ice Cream Whey Protein
- 2x cups of fresh or frozen raspberries
DIRECTIONS
- 1. Blend the extra light cream cheese and greek yogurt until smooth
- 2. Add whey protein and blend well
- 3. Add raspberries and blend one last time
- 4. Divide into 4 glasses and place in the fridge for atleast 1 hour to set
- Enjoy! Store in the refrigerator
