Rainbow Salad
  • 3 nectarines or peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cups of strawberries, cut into pieces or halves
  • 1 cup green seedless grapes, cut into halves
  • 1 cup purple seedles grapes, cut into halves
  • 3 bananas, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup of blueberries
  • 1 large container of yogurt (vanilla is a good choice.)
  1. Assemble ingredients.
  2. Mix the fruits together carefully.
  3. Pour yogurt over the fruit and serve.
  4. Additional toppings can include coconut and peanuts.
A great kid-friendly recipe.Put the ingredients out and let them serve themselves. Great as a pre-school activity. We covered the rainbow spectrum in one great healthy dish!
