  • 0.5-1 lb catfish
  • Chopped ginger
  • Chopped green onion
  • Salt
  • Cooking Oil
  • Soy Sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. Clean (gut, de-fin, and de-scale) catfish.
  2. Place catfish in large shallow microwavable bowl.
  3. Add oil, salt, and ginger to catfish.
  4. Cover bowl with plastic wrap.
  5. Microwave for 7-8 minutes or until fish can be separated from bone easily
  6. Add green onions and soy sauce
  7. Microwave for additional 1 minute
