Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

  • 2 Scoops protein powder
  • 1 15 oz Can of pumpkin
  • 1 tsp. Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp. Baking powder
  • 4 Egg Whites (1cup)
  • 1 C. Oat flour
  • 1 C. Water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Spray your griddle or large frying pan, use a 1/4 C. as a scoop to portion out pancakes.
  3. Cook through and then flip to brown the other side.
