Pumpkin Protein Pancakes

- 2 Scoops protein powder
- 1 15 oz Can of pumpkin
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 4 Egg Whites (1cup)
- 1 C. Oat flour
- 1 C. Water
DIRECTIONS
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Spray your griddle or large frying pan, use a 1/4 C. as a scoop to portion out pancakes.
- Cook through and then flip to brown the other side.
