Pumpkin Cheesecake Squares

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 16 oz can pumpkin
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients and mix till smooth. Pour into a baking dish sprayed with a nonstick spray.
  2. Smooth out.
  3. Bake in a 350 oven for 20 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
  4. Chill, slice into squares and top with whipped cream.
