Protein Ice Cream

  • Servings: 10
  • 1x 400g tin of reduced sugar sweetened condensed milk
  • 3x scoops of 1up Nutrition Coconut Ice-cream Whey Protein
  • 3x cups of no-fat vanilla greek yoghurt
  • 1x cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
DIRECTIONS
  1. - In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and hand mix until well combined.
  2. - Pour mixture into a loaf-tin and smooth over.
  3. - Place in the freezer for at least 6hrs to set.
  4. - Once it has set, serve just before you plan to eat, can top with more berries.
