Prosciutto Wrapped Shrip with Rosemary and Stilton
  • 20 uncooked large shrimp (peeled with tails on)
  • 1 Tbl chopped fresh rosemary
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • Proscuitto (or bacon)
  • Crumbled Stilton cheese (you can substitute gorgonzola or blue cheese)
  • Black pepper, dash
  • toothpicks
  1. Arrange shrimp on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with rosemary, pepper and several splashes of balsamic vinegar. Wrap each shrimp in proscuitto and secure with a toothpick.
  2. Preheat broiler. Broil shrimp 4-5 inches from broiler. Watch carefully to prevent burning, 5 min per side. Remove toothpicks and sprinkle with cheese.
