  • 1 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. vegetable oil
  • 2 egg
  • 4 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp.baking soda
  • 1 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cream together the butter, sugar, powdered sugar and oil. Mix in the 2 eggs.
  2. Add flour, salt, baking soda, cream of tartar and vanilla to the creamed mix.
  3. Roll into small balls. Press down with the bottom of a glass or use something with a fancy
  4. design. You may need to flour the bottom of your glass or design maker.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 12 - 15 minutes. Makes 7 dozen.
