Porcupine Balls

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • ½ cup rice
  • 1 can tomato juice
  • dash celery salt and pepper
  • 1 onion
DIRECTIONS
  1. Combine all ingredients except juice. Shape into patties or balls and cover with juice. Bake in covered dish for 1 ½ hours in a 325-350 degree oven.
