Poppy Seed Chicken
  • 4-5 cooked chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 tsp dill weed
  • 2 tubes ritz crackers, crushed
  • 3 Tbs poppy seeds
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  1. Cube chicken breast, put in a 9x13 glass baking dish. In a med sized bowl mix soup, sour cream, and dill weed. Pour over cubed chicken. In another bowl mix cracker crumbs(this is my childrens' favorite part so I sometimes use 3 rolls of crackers), poppy seeds, and melted butter. Sprinkle crumb mix over soup layer. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 for approx 35 minutes. Remove foil and bake for up to 10 minutes longer until golden brown.
