Pizza Dough
INGREDIENTS

  • 1000g Flour, bread
  • 20g Salt
  • 30g Sugar
  • 90ml Oil
  • 20g (60g compressed) Yeast, dry
  • 10g Baking Powder
  • 600ml Water
  • 150g Yellow Cornmeal
DIRECTIONS
  1. Step 1: Combine the flour, salt, sugar, yeast, oil and baking powder to a bowl and mix
  2. Step 2: Add water little by little and mix in between, the dough should being to stick together
  3. Step 3: Kneed the dough, getting rid of lumps
  4. Step 4: Cover bowl with a cloth and let sit for around 10 minutes
  5. Step 5: Sprinkle the cornmeal on an oven safe pan
  6. Step 6: Flatten out your dough and transfer to your pan. Top with sauce and toppings of your choice
  7. Step 7: Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, once oven is preheated cook pizza for 15-20 minutes
