Piotr's Crepes
  • 5 eggs
  • 4-5 oz milk
  • Some flour
  • Powdered sugar
  1. Mix eggs and milk. Add flour until you have a lightly flowing, creamy dough. (A visual here: if you pour it into the pan, it should have "a nice flow".) Add powdered sugar until it's sweet. Add butter into a saute pan - just a tiny bit. Pour batter into the pan so that it is a really thin crepe. The first one will be difficult. Using a good pan is important. The better the pan, the less butter you need and this is the only time in the world you need less butter. Golden brown, flip, golden brown. Make at least 12-15. Place Kinder chocolate bars inside each crepe, roll them up, and put a few into the microwave until the chocolate is melted. Add a ton of whipped cream (lowfat if you are Melanie because it's a healthy dessert). Toss on a bit of ice cream and/or Nutella and/or cherries (Sauerkirschen). Eat. Warm up a few more with Kinder chocolate. Repeat. This meal can only be served after ten. It is integral to have chips to mix up a little salty with the sweet.
