INGREDIENTS
- Cooking Time: 12-15
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. white sugar
- 4 c. flour
- 1 c. shortening
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 No. 2 can crushed pineapple
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
DIRECTIONS
- Mix ingredients in the order given. Drop by heaping teaspoons on ungreased baking sheets about 2" apart. Bake about 12-15 minutes in a moderate oven-350 degrees F.
