Pineapple Cake Recipe

- FOR SPONGE CAKE:
- 4 eggs.
- Caster sugar half cup.
- Plain flour 1 cup.
- Baking powder 1tsp.
- Hot water 2 tbsp.
- FOR ICING:
- Pineapple tin.
- Fresh cream.
- Icing sugar.
DIRECTIONS
- Beat eggs until firm then add slowly slowly caster sugar and beat.
- Add hot water then add plain flour+baking powder and fold it nicely.
- Bake it on 180 C for about 20 mins.
- FOR ICING:
- When cake is cool down.
- Cut the cake in 2 pieces and pour some pineapple juice on it put some whipped cream and pineapple chunks and decorate it as you wish.
- Pineapple Cake is ready to serve.
