Peanut Butter Cupcakes

- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 cups self-rising flour
- 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
DIRECTIONS
- Cream peanut butter and butter until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each one.
- Add sugar and mix.
- Combine self-rising flour and all-purpose flour.
- Add flour mixture to butter mixture, alternating with milk.
- Add vanilla.
- Pour into lined cupcake pan and bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
- For frosting:
- Cream peanut butter and butter together.
- Add heavy cream.
- Add confectioner's sugar.
- Mix until fluffy.
