Peanut Butter Cookie Pops
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 13-16 minutes
  • Servings: 10
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 10 wooden sticks
  • 10 Snickers or Milky Way fun-size candy bars
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In large bowl, combine sugar, brown sugar, butter, peanut butter, vanilla, and egg. Beat well.
  3. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup and level off. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix well.
  4. Securely insert a wooden stick into small end of each candy bar forming a lollipop. Shape about 1/3 cup of dough smoothly around each candy bar making sure each bar is completely covered. Place 4 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 13 to 16 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes and then remove from cookie sheets.
