Peach Clafouti

INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 40 - 45
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c flour
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/4 c milk
  • 1/3 c sugar
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • Whipped Cream, optional
DIRECTIONS
  1. In a small mixer bowl beat eggs with electric mixer until foamy.
  2. Add milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, and salt; beat on low till smooth.
  3. Pour batter into buttered 9" quiche dish or pie plate. Arrange peaches over batter.
  4. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes or till knife inserted off center comes out clean. Let stand 15 minutes.
  5. Garnish with whipped cream.
