Patates sto fourno riganates (Potatoes with Oregano)
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 60
  • 3 lbs potatoes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • lemon juice
  • oregano
  • salt
  • pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Wash potatoes.
  2. Chop them in small pieces and dredge them with salt, pepper and oregano.
  3. Spread them in a baking pan, pour olive oil and lemon juice and bake in medium temparature (350 F) for an hour.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
This recipe is SO easy! I serve it with Spanakorizo (found on bakespace). I was given this recipe by a fellow grad student when I raved about my new Spanakorizo recipe. I had to convert units, but it is super easy to make :) I recommend halfing the recipe!
