Patates sto fourno riganates (Potatoes with Oregano)

- 3 lbs potatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- lemon juice
- oregano
- salt
- pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Wash potatoes.
- Chop them in small pieces and dredge them with salt, pepper and oregano.
- Spread them in a baking pan, pour olive oil and lemon juice and bake in medium temparature (350 F) for an hour.
