Pasta Surprise

- 1 Box of Penne or Mezze Penne pasta
- 1 Jar of your favorite Alfredo sauce (or homemade sauce)
- 3 cloves of garlic (or less if you prefer)
- 3 Roma tomatoes
- 1 Green Bell pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 Yellow onion
- Olive Oil
- 1 Small package of chicken breast tenderloins
- McCormick’s Italian Herb Seasoning Grinder
DIRECTIONS
- Brings four cups of water to a boil.
- Add 2 tbsp of olive oil to the boiling water.
- Add pasta and cook for 7 to 11 minutes for an Al Dente texture.
- Drain, rinse, and set aside.
- While pasta is cooking, cook all of the chicken breast tenderloins until done but not dry.
- Chop chicken into small chunks and set aside.
- Chop onions, bell peppers, and mince garlic.
- Sauté in approximately 1 ½ tbsp of olive oil in a large, deep pan.
- Dice up tomatoes and set aside.
- Add chicken to pan and reduce heat to medium-low.
- Generously season chicken mixture with Italian seasoning grinder.
- Add pasta and sauce to the pan and stir.
- Add the tomatoes once everything is completely stirred, cover pasta, and reduce heat to low.
- Allow pasta and sauce to warm for 5 to 10 minutes and serve with your choice of bread.
