Parmesan Potato Rounds
INGREDIENTS
- 4-5 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder (I sometimes use 1 clove minced garlic)
DIRECTIONS
- Grease baking dish. Layer potatoes. Drizzle with melted butter. Sprinkle with other ingredients. Bake uncovered @ 450 degrees for 20 minutes (or until potatoes are tender and golden).
