Panko Link Cod

INGREDIENTS
  • 1lb of link cod cut into 4 pieces
  • 4 cup panko bread crumbs (found in the chinese section)
  • 1 egg mixed up
  • 2 tablespoon oil
  • Double deluxe soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
  1. Dip fish into the egg mix, then cover and press into the panko mix.
  2. Place oil in fry pan, heat on med high, once heated place covered fish
  3. in fry pan cook until golden brown on both sides. Serve with a drizzle of doudle deluxe soy sauce.
