Onion Sauce

INGREDIENTS
  • 1/2 med onion, chopped, diced or julienned…your choice.
  • 3 T butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • Zest from 1 lemon (no more than 1 tsp)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Saute onion in butter till lightly brown. add remaining ingredients, stir and spoon over veggies.
