One skillet teriyaki chicken and rice
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in strips
  • 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 cups Minute Rice
  • 2 cups broccoli
  1. 1. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium/high heat.
  2. Add chicken - cook and stir 5-7 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. 2. Add water, teriyaki sauce and garlic powder. Bring to boil.
  4. 3. Stir in rice and broccoli; cover.
  5. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
  6. Remove from hat.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes, and fluff with fork.
This is another good and easy recipe. Only one skillet used (and one skillet to clean) - that's my favorite kind of recipe :) I found this recipe on Kraft Foods website - adapted slightly for our tastes.
