Oatmeal Butterscotch Cookies
INGREDIENTS
- 1 c. Crisco
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 3 c. quick oats
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (12oz) pkg. butterscotch chips
DIRECTIONS
- Cream shortening and sugars.
- Mix in eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in dry ingredients.
- Stir in oats, nuts and butterscotch chips.
- Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork a little.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
