• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
• 3/4 cup water
• 3 Tbsp. Soya Sauce
• l Tbsp. Honey
• l garlic bud

1. Put all ingredients in pot and bring to a boil.
2. Pour over cooked meat in oven and continue cooking for l/2 hour - gets very sticky but delicious.

One of my favourite dishes in a Chinese restaurant is honey garlic ribs. This sauce is very good.
