Nightmare on Bourbon Street Punch

  • 1 1/2 cups bourbon
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4-1/3 cup real maple syrup more or less to taste
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2-3 (12 ounce) bottles sparkling hard honeycrisp apple cider
  • 1 apple, thinly sliced
  • cinnamon sticks and rosemary sprigs, for serving
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Rim a cocktail glass with cinnamon sugar. Fill with ice.
  2. 2. In a large pitcher, combine the bourbon, cider, lemon juice, maple syrup, ginger, and cinnamon. Chill until ready to serve.
  3. 3. Top with hard cider just before serving. Stir in the apple slices. Garnish each glass with rosemary and cinnamon, if desired.
