  • Mushrooms
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pizza Seasoning
  • Cheese (your favorite cheese)
  • Butter
  • Tomato
DIRECTIONS
  1. Heat 1 - 2 Teaspoon Butter in a pan. Add The Mushrooms and cook on high for 2 - 3 minutes, till they turn slightly golden brown. add the Broccoli and Tomatoes .Cook for 1 - 2 minutes and then add the Zucchini. Mix all the vegetables and add Pizza seasoning, Salt and pepper. Add cheese and cook until the cheese starts to melt. Serve and enjoy.

When I am trying to eat healthy...this is a go to. It is filling and so good, and quick to make...even my husband like this. Serve by its self or add a steak, chop, or chicken for a nice dinner.
