Mustard BBQ Chicken breasts
  • 8 chicken breast halves, with skin and bones about 3 1/2 lbs.
  • 4 Tbs. Dijon style mustard
  • 2 Tbs. chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tbs dried
  • salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  1. Preheat a charcoal grill
  2. Brush chicken brests with mustard and sprinkle them with rosemary and seasonings.
  3. Place breasts down on grill, skin side down. and flip half way through. Cook about 20 minutes total.
