Mom's Salmon Patties

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 can salmon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 8 soda crackers, crushed
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 Tbls. parslay
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix ingredients.
  2. Shape into patties.
  3. Fry in butter until golden brown.
  4. Garnish with lemon wedges and parsley.
