Mexican open faced turkey joe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 pd ground turkey
- 1 14 1/2 ounce can of stewed tomatoes
- 1 8oz jar black bean corn salsa
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 1 Tbsp sour cream
- Sliced black olives
DIRECTIONS
- In a large skillet, spray with pam. Brown the turkey breast over medium heat.
- Add the stewed tomatoes, salsa and cook for about 10 additional minutes, stir often.
- On each of four plates place chips and cover with meat mixture, cover with sour cream and black olives.
