Mexican Hamburger Casserole

  • 2 pounds hamburger
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 soup can water
  • 8 ounces taco sauce
  • 1 package taco seasoning mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cooked instant rice (3/4 cup dry)
  • 1 bag Doritos
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 small can chopped green chiiles
DIRECTIONS
  1. Brown hamburger with onion. Add mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, tomato soup, water, taco sauce, taco seasoning, chilis and rice. Mix well.
  2. Pour half of meat mixture in 9x13" baking pan. Crush doritos and put 1/2 on top of meat mixture then top those with remaining meat mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
  3. Take out of oven and top with grated cheese and remaining crushed doritos. Return to oven and bake another 10 minutes.
