Mel's Mini Ham and Swiss Sandwiches

  • 1/2 to 3/4# shaved ham
  • 12 dinner rolls
  • Grated Swiss cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  1. Cut dinner rolls into tops and bottoms. Spread bottoms in greased 9x13 pan. Put shaved ham over bottoms. Spread grated Swiss over ham then put the tops back on the sandwiches. In separate bowl, mix melted butter, mustard, onion flakes and Worcestershire sauce. Drizzle/spread the mixture evenly over the tops of the sandwiches. Bake at 350 - covered for 10-15 minutes, then uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
