INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 8
- 1/4 Cup flour
- 1/4 Cup butter, melted
- 1 Cup water
- 2 Cups sour cream
- 1 Tbls. dillweedd
- Salt and Pepper
DIRECTIONS
- Add flour to melted butter
- over low heat, blending well
- until smooth. Gradually
- add water, stirring, then
- sour cream and dill,
- stirring constantly until
- mixture bubbles and thickens.
- Do not boil. Season to
- taste with sa;t and pepper.
- Add meatballs and simmer
- gently until heated
- through.
- Yield: 8
