INGREDIENTS
  • Servings: 8
  • 1/4 Cup flour
  • 1/4 Cup butter, melted
  • 1 Cup water
  • 2 Cups sour cream
  • 1 Tbls. dillweedd
  • Salt and Pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add flour to melted butter
  2. over low heat, blending well
  3. until smooth. Gradually
  4. add water, stirring, then
  5. sour cream and dill,
  6. stirring constantly until
  7. mixture bubbles and thickens.
  8. Do not boil. Season to
  9. taste with sa;t and pepper.
  10. Add meatballs and simmer
  11. gently until heated
  12. through.
