Mango Milkshake
INGREDIENTS

  • One medium mango
  • 1/4 cup vanilla icecream
  • Milk
DIRECTIONS
  1. 1. Peel and cut the mango and put into a blender.
  2. 2. Add the icecream and enough milk to get your desired consistency, and blend until smooth.
  3. 4. Add sugar to taste, I didn't have to add in any.
  4. 5. If you don't have any fresh mango you can also use mango pulp but remember there may be a difference in taste.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
I love mango and I love milkshake so why not combine the two and make a mango milkshake. This drink is perfect for the summer heat or all round heat here in the Caribbean. This sweet-tangy drink is a great way to cool down and its tastes soo great but surprisingly easy to make. Whenever I went to India this was one of the the first things I'd want to get. When I figured out how to make it, well, I just couldn't stop.
