Mamma Fannin's Perfect potato Salad
INGREDIENTS
  • Cooking Time: 40

  • Preparation Time: 10
  • 5 cups cubed potatos
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp sweet pickle juice
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 3 tsp celery seed
  • 1 1/2 cups mayo(blue plate works tha best)
DIRECTIONS
  1. Boil potatos until tender and drain.
  2. Return to the pot they were cooked in.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar and pickle juice; stir to evenly distibute.
  4. Then add all other ingredents and mix well.
  5. Can be eaten warm or chilled.

This is my grandmother's recipe and the ONLY potato salad my son and mom will eat!
