Mami' Dough - L-Għaġina tal-mami'

  • 500g plain flour
  • 150g butter
  • some sea salt and some water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Put the flour in a big bowl and work in the butter until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs.
  2. Add the salt and combine everything together again.
  3. Slowly add water and knead the dough until it becomes homogenous. Let sit for a while before rolling :)
