Macaroni and Cheese
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 lb. elbow macaroni
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 4 cans cheddar cheese soup
  • 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • paprika/pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Cook macaroni according to package direction: rinse and while still hot combine melted butter, sour cream cheddar cheese soup and sprinkle with paprika and pepper to coat macaroni. In a 9x13x2" baking pan pOur half can of milk. Begin layering half of macaroni mixture, half of mozzarella, half of cheddar and then repeat with the remainder. Pour evaporated milk over the top. (make sure the top layer is the cheddar so that it is golden brown.) Bake at 350 for 30-45 min.s.
