Macaroni & Cheese

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • 2 tbsp of flour
  • tsp of pepper
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 1 pound of american or cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb of elbows pasta
DIRECTIONS
  1. Add milk and cheese mixture to cassarole dish. Bake for 20 minutes covered.
  2. Optional: Add bread crumbs to top of pasta after mixing in milk & cheese mixture and bake uncovered. This will make a crispy top.
