Mac N' Cheese
INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounce box of elbow macaroni
- 1 - 8 ounce pkg. of Velveeta cheese
- 1 - 12 ounce pkg. of shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 - 8 ounce pkg. of cream cheese
- 1 - 12 ounce can of evaporated milk
- 4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
DIRECTIONS
- Cook and drain macaroni, place in oven proof casserole. Meanwhile, melt
- Velveeta, sour cream and cream cheese in the butter.
- Add milk and stir until smooth.
- Add 1/3 of the mozzarella.
- Pour over macaroni
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella over top. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Do not over-bake!
