MY FAVOURITE MEATLOAF

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 to 1 1/2 lbs. of hamburger or a beef/pork mix
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 slices of fresh bread either shredded or cut in small cubes
  • 1 tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 pkg. of Lipton's chicken noodle soup
  • 1/4 cup water
DIRECTIONS
  1. Mix mustard, egg, water and Liptons together in a bowl.
  2. Add the onion, bread and meat and mix well.
  3. Put mixture in a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 1 hour at 350.
RECIPE BACKSTORY
I am not a fan of meatloaf with ketchup in it. I don't like the sweetness. Actually I am not crazy about many meatloaves.
