INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2 ¼ cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups M&M’s, plain (3/4 pound)
DIRECTIONS
- In large bowl cream shortening and sugars.
- Add vanilla and eggs.
- Stir in dry ingredients.
- Blend well.
- Stir in ½ cup candy.
- Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Decorate top with remaining candy.
- Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes.
