Lynn's Carne Guisada
  • 2 lbs. stew meat
  • 2 T. oil
  • 6 T. Bolners Carne Guisada Seasonings
  • 2 c. water
  1. Brown stew meat in oil.
  2. Put in slow cooker, with seasonings and water. Simmer all day.
  3. Mix cornstarch with water and pour in about 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve on tortillas.
  5. This is really good with cheese and sour cream.
I also have added 1/2 can of RoTel, this makes it a little spicier.
