  • 6 potatoes scrubbed
  • 6 sausage links
  • 2 green onions diced
  • 6 tb. sour cream
  • 6 tb butter
  • 6 tb cheddar cheese shredded
  • 3 slices of bacon fried and crumbled
  1. Use a apple peeler and cut a hole almost through end to end of the potato, the insert a sausage link into each one. Grease up you potatoes and wrap in foil. Bake at 400 degree for 1 hour. Remove and cut down the middle and add the rest of the ingredients . This is a meal just by itself. Serve
